Refunds & Returns

Return requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of delivery of your order. We have a 14-day return policy for north America and 30 for international, which means you have 14 days for north America and 30 for international after receiving your item to have it arrive returned to us. (Make sure your item is qualifying for return/refund before request)

To be eligible for a return,

  • You may return most goods within 14-30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item/s price excluding shipping.
  • The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong item/size from what was ordered. (Must provide pictures and return item/s in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.)
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital goods, mystery bundles, opened DVDs and Blu-rays, drinkware, bedding, ottomans, bath products, and other large items
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not cover cost of return shipping!


To start a return, you can contact us at bluefirenight.bfn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for refund.

Defective and item issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

My Item Arrived Damaged/Broken! What Should I Do?

Sorry collectors! We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item – especially an item you have waited weeks for! Unfortunately, mistakes happen, and products may get damaged during transit. Once an item or order has shipped it is duty of the currier company to deliver it with care and is responsible if item/s get damaged during transit.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless approved by support directly.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (assuming it still meets the return policy criteria), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the option for an exchange is approved, please note:

  • The item or order purchase/s need to be sent back within 7 days (providing support with the tracking number, to start the exchange process.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us and relevant redelivery charges
  • If you choose to exchange for item/s of higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.
  • If you choose to exchange for item/s with lower value, please note we do not reimburse the difference.
  • Please Note that we do not hold items while waiting for return/s. If your desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus cost of original shipping fees.

Non-Exchangeable:

  • Orders are not pulled yet
  • Pre-order arrival delays
  • Stock quantity status in error
  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  • Mis-read / missed out reading information
  • Change of Pull dates
  • Remaining items not as assumed by buyer
  • Host missed out updating the balance on the live shows due to human error
  • Delay in shipment

 

  1. All pre-order items that are not cancelled by the manufacturer, regardless of whether there are arrival delays.
  2. Singapore orders: Returns received after 15 days of original order’s delivered date
  3. International orders: Returns received after 30 days of the original order’s shipment date
  4. Costumes or other customized / special sizes
  5. Free Gifts
  6. Treasure and Mystery Boxes

     

    Note:
    In many cases, we may not have the product/size you wish to exchange for, so we recommend checking the sizing info and placing an order for the correct product/size you want and start the return process.



    Refunds
    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
